Gensler created a soaring digital art experience for Nuveen at 88 Kearny Street in downtown San Francisco. In the redesigned lobby, the expansive installation as tall as the ceiling is activated by human presence.

Challenge

In a competitive office market, Nuveen was looking to elevate their building to the leading edge and provide a treasured amenity for tenants.

Purpose

Gensler designed a new entry experience that feels contemporary and fresh, with evolving artistic expressions that inspire a sense of calm and focus.

Experience

This living gallery is a place apart from the everyday. Ambient digital art, inspired by creativity, local culture, and natural textures, responds to tenants coming and going with motion-sensing technology.
