Delos, a wellness real estate and technology company, worked with Gensler to design its headquarters, including multiple data installations that bring its mission and services to life.

Challenge

Delos wanted to “walk the talk” by demonstrating the technologies and benefits it promotes through its standards, programs, and solutions that help improve health and well-being through the built environment.

Purpose

The new office was designed as a living lab, with 51 sensors that measure human wellness in the space, using digital installations to translate live data into interactive, user-friendly information.

Experience

Digital activations communicate the office’s real-time performance across key wellness metrics, such as humidity, air quality, and light and encourage employees to move around more while turning their real-time movement into interactive art.
